In this educator-focused workshop participants will get a comprehensive look at anxiety and its impact on students' learning, social connections, and well-being. Participants will explore how anxiety uniquely affects the mind and body, creating barriers to concentration, motivation, and resilience in the classroom. Through understanding the body’s anxiety response, we’ll unpack key distinctions between healthy stress and anxiety disorders, including common triggers, symptoms, treatment approaches, and behaviors that show up in academic settings.
