Innovation & Collaboration Conference

For teachers, librarians, technology leaders, and everyone in independent schools rethinking what good tech use looks like now. Two days on the questions schools are actually wrestling with — AI in the classroom, new media literacy, how to use tech intentionally, how to raise responsible digital citizens when the rules keep changing. Expect breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, the beloved What the Tech? lightning presentations, and a community that's been gathering for years to figure this out together. Come for the sessions. Stay for the network.

Heads' Conference

The 2027 NJAIS Heads’ Conference brings together Heads of School, Associate Heads, and Assistant Heads for a day of strategic reflection, candid conversation, and connection. Together, participants will explore enrollment pressures, emerging school models, board partnership, artificial intelligence, auxiliary revenue, and the evolving demands of leadership. The conference concludes with dinner, with an optional overnight stay in order to attend The Forum, NJAIS’s K–16 convening, the following day (see the card to the right).

The Forum

Introducing The Forum: a one-day, high-intensity convening designed to bring together leaders (Heads, College Counselors, Division Heads, and more) from  member schools and institutions of higher education. At a time when both sectors face mounting pressure around access, affordability, enrollment, student support, institutional sustainability, and the changing expectations of learners and families, The Forum creates space for meaningful cross-sector dialogue and collaborative problem-solving around an aligned, coherent educational pathway.
