CONSULTANCY

NJAIS offers bespoke consultancy in two distinct areas: governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Our governance offerings are meant to complement our regular professional development offerings for governance, yet are tailored to your school and your specific circumstances. We offer Governance Foundations, a board workshop that focuses on board fundamentals; Governance Diagnostic, a rigorous assessment of a board's function, role, and habits; and Transitions, a workshop dedicated to preparing for a transition in the leadership of the school. We are equally happy to work with you and your board on standalone items that do not appear here. Unique to associations, we also offer consultancy in the area of Merger and Acquisition, primarily for helping schools frame and understand these strategic opportunities. Kindly note that we do not engage in the transactions themselves.
