BUSINESS INSURANCE

The Garden Group seeks to have fellow independent schools join together to form a group entity enabling the members to purchase Liability, Workers Compensation and Property Commercial Lines of Insurance as a consortia. This group entity will provide volume levels that may allow for significant cost savings and superior quality insurance for all members.

The prospective school must be a member in good standing of NJAIS; committed to safety and risk management; meet the underwriting standards of The Garden Group's insurance companies; and meet The Garden Group's risk management criteria. The Garden Group's board will consider all written applications (which will include 5-year loss runs) for recommendation for consortium membership.
