INNOVATING INSTRUCTION 2.0:
DESIGNING YOUR PATHWAY FORWARD
This two-day comprehensive experience serves to support reflection and action for classroom teachers, school administrators, and edtech professionals. Following a constantly evolving period of instruction, all educators found moments of success to celebrate and bring forward into a new age of teaching and learning. Inspired by the best of our own pedagogy and instruction while infusing innovation and iteration, presentations and sessions will promote authentic learning experience for all students.
Featuring keynote presenters Monica Burns and Reshan Richards, as well as facilitated considerations of what to keep, what to change, and what to flip from this past year, participants will engage with and appreciate the nimble instruction inspired by innovative practices.

SCHOOLS OF INCLUSION AND BELONGING:
INTERSECTIONALITY AND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
This three-day experience is a deep exploration of social identity development, as well as how to empower these identities inside our classrooms and throughout our entire school communities. Through investigating personal understandings, participants will engage in thoughtful discussions and problem solving about the elements and impacts of social identities. The work will include the application of developmental theory in order to better understand identities relating to culture, race, ethnicity, biological sex, gender identity/expression, and social class, providing tools and strategies to inform your practice of supporting students and faculty.
