**Join us Tuesday at 3:30 for rapid-fire presentations highlighting innovative instructional practices, followed by a cocktail reception!**

This workshop is designed to define and demonstrate effective teaching skills for independent school educators. This program allows teachers and administrators to identify cause-and-effect relationships between teaching and learning, and gives them a profoundly effective repertoire of techniques and strategies that can be used in planning and delivering instruction. Participants are actively involved throughout the four days of the program, and have the opportunity for follow-up later in the fall.

Based on New Jersey’s Academy for the Advancement of Teaching and Management Program with a special focus on independent school teaching, this workshop is designed to meet the needs of new and veteran teachers alike.  Schools are encouraged to send teams of teachers and administrators.  These participants will return to their schools and continue working as a team to refine their teaching skills and to establish the highest professional standards for classroom instruction.
