Conference App: For your convenience, and to take advantage of the full conference experience, NJAIS has also developed an app for your devices. You can customize your schedule, share it with colleagues, and much more. The free app is available by following these links:
Take photos and share your experience on social media!
More information and social media links can be found on the NJAIS app. Also know that photos taken during the conference may be used on the NJAIS website, in marketing materials, or on social media.
Parking: Parking is limited on the campus. If you can take a bus, van, car pool, or take the train (the Convent Station stop is right on the campus), it will serve you better. There will be signage to lots available near the Academy, in Xavier Center, and also at the Church of Saint Thomas More, just as you turn into Convent Road.
Name Tags: We have mailed your name tag to the NJAIS Liaison at your school, who is responsible for distributing it to you. Please see a copy of the letter mailed to all NJAIS Liaisons this week. Please remember your name tag! If you forget it, you will have to wait patiently in line at the NJAIS Information Table on the top level of the Annunciation Center while another name tag is generated. The name tag allows for your entrance to the conference and is your lunch ticket. No check-in is required. Presenter name tags will be available at the NJAIS Information Desk.
Walking: This is a health and wellness conference, and you will have the opportunity to get your steps in!
