This professional development conference serves to bring together independent school teachers and administrators in order to collaborate and inspire each other to build and support diverse and inclusive educational communities. In such an event for educators, NJAIS works to ensure the students in our member institutions are supported in their school pursuits with environments that invest in the potential and uniqueness of every student. The day features keynote, featured, and breakout presentations, as well as time for fellowship and forging professional connections with other participants and speakers.
