TRUSTEE ENRICHMENT DAY

Trustee Enrichment Day is a benchmark annual event for new and experienced Trustees, as well as Heads of School, aspiring Heads, and members of the senior leadership team. The day represents a rich opportunity for participants to engage with a broad range of speakers and facilitators, learning about areas that promote strong and effective governance in our schools. There is something for everyone at Trustee Enrichment Day, from foundational fiduciary practices to items of strategic and generative (future-facing) import. In addition, the power of gathering in community affords the occasion to learn how other schools are engaged in the work of governance, and to meet fellow Trustees who serve independent schools throughout New Jersey, all with a focus on strong leadership and healthy school communities.
