As a Board is considering the school’s future and engaging in its fiduciary role, it is important to have a long-range financial plan; it is also a requirement in one of the NJAIS Standards for Accreditation. This session will include a panel of presenters, representing various school sizes, to offer guidance for a long-range financial model that is realistic and flexible.

This session is part of the NJAIS series, Seminars for Ongoing Learning in School Governance. Learn more about other program offerings by clicking here.
