Leadership Institute Nomination Form
For: Current and Aspiring School Leaders
Participants in the NJAIS Leadership Institute 2021 - 2022 will attend five sessions designed to develop their understanding of leadership in independent education, to build their management skills, and to give them a broader knowledge of the opportunities open to them in a time of change.
NJAIS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE GOALS:
■ Provide schools with a chance to encourage outstanding educators to develop their leadership style.
■ Inspire independent school educators to consider administrative positions and provide the skills necessary to assist them in achieving this goal.
■ Expose potential leaders to a wide range of perspectives in areas of independent school administration.
Nomination Logistics:
■ Nominations must be submitted by May 1, 2021
■ Participants and their Heads will receive confirmation of acceptance into the program by May 15, 2021, confirming participation by June 1, 2021.
■ Fee: $600 (NJAIS member), $750 (non-NJAIS member)

■ All participants will be linked throughout the year via a listserv and a cohort group.
■ Readings and some brief assignments will be assigned prior to each seminar.
