The NJAIS Job Fair to Promote Diversity in Independent Schools serves as an opportunity for the 87 member schools to connect with talented, motivated, compassionate educators who can enhance culture and community. Please note that while no one will be excluded, this event is designed to increase the numbers of teachers and administrators of color within NJAIS schools. This event will introduce candidates to teacher-leaders and school administrators who will share their career path, dedication, and call to independent schools. It will also provide opportunities for hiring and connections.


Registration for schools participating in the Job Fair to Promote Diversity in Independent Schools includes:

  • A table at the Job Fair and lunches for two school staff members
  • Access to the database of candidate profiles





Registration Fee: $500 Member Schools; $750 Non-Member Schools

MEMBER INFORMATION:If your school is a member* of NJAIS, upon receipt of your registration, we will automatically generate an invoice, and send it to your Business Office. Payment is not required at the time of your registration. Your school will have 30 days to pay the invoice.


*All employees of NJAIS Member schools qualify for the member rate.

NON-MEMBER INFORMATION: If you are an employee of an organization or school that is NOT a member of NJAIS and you are registering for this workshop, please provide the company/school address. We will automatically generate an invoice and send it to your Business Office. Payment is not required at the time of your registration. Your school will have 30 days to pay the invoice. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy:

For Round Tables: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation one week prior to the program.

For Workshops, Conferences, and Retreats: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation two weeks prior to the program.

In the event of inclement weather, programs may be delayed or postponed.
