This full-day experience serves to empower department chairs and inspire them to invest in their faculty teams in order to precipitate change and deeper learning. Sessions are structured to support department chairs in areas of pacing change and building partnerships across departments, giving feedback to colleagues, and more.

Cancellation Policy:

For Round Tables: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation one week prior to the program.

For Workshops, Conferences and Retreats: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation two weeks prior to the program.

In the event of inclement weather, programs may be delayed or postponed.
