This conference will support school leaders working with students preschool through grade five. The experience will allow for collaboration, networking, and growth as leaders and learners. Topics include:

Communicating effectively with parents

Supporting faculty with communication

Supporting students and faculty with anxiety

Admissions trends and strategies for Lower School leaders

Wisdom from departing Lower School Heads





Two-day Fee: $425 NJAIS Member, $525 Non-Member. Includes all meals, meetings, reception, and speakers
One-day Fee: $295 NJAIS Member, $395 Non-Member, Includes speakers, meetings, and meals for specified day.

Cancellation Policy:

For Round Tables: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation one week prior to the program.

For Workshops, Conferences, and Retreats: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation two weeks prior to the program.

In the event of inclement weather, programs may be delayed or postponed.
