This workshop offers a respectful approach to empowering and training the staff at our schools. Whether they cover the front desk or serve as schedulers or support the Head of School, staff members and respective teams keep our schools running. Often the first point of contact for parents and students, they also help administrators to negotiate complex demands and interactions. And yet, our schools do not do enough to help them build the beliefs, mindsets, and skill sets to thrive in today’s ever-changing and increasingly digital schools. We tout and support the lifelong learning of our faculties and we encourage our faculties to build networks of professional colleagues. Now, it’s time to do the same for our staffs.



Registration Fee: $100 Member Schools, $200 Non-Member Schools

Cancellation Policy:

For Round Tables: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation one week prior to the program.

For Workshops, Conferences, and Retreats: Registration fees will only be refunded if NJAIS is notified of your cancellation two weeks prior to the program.

In the event of inclement weather, programs may be delayed or postponed.
