GOVERNANCE

NJAIS is governed by a Board of Trustees that consists of at least 12 but not more than 20 volunteers.  Each Trustee is a Head or retired Head of a voting member school, unless the Board otherwise approves.  A Trustee term is three years, with the possibility of two consecutive terms. The current Board includes 12 current NJAIS Heads; one retired NJAIS Head; one CFO; one Princeton University Dean; one current association Executive Director, and one retired association Executive Director.
