Blueprint for Leadership
2009-2010
In 2002, NJAIS received a grant from the Edward E. Ford Foundation to inform and encourage teachers interested in becoming leaders in independent schools. Participants in the 2007-2008 Institute: “Blueprint for Leadership” will attend five sessions designed to develop their understandings of leadership in independent education and to give them a wider knowledge of the opportunities open to them.
